de Defumador de Carnes e Pescados (m\u00f3dulo frango) promovido pelo Sindicato Rural de Caxambu e Senar MG.<\/p>\n<p>As aulas foram realizadas nas depend\u00eancias do Centro Espirita 25 de Dezembro, entre os dias 17 e 20 de junho, ministradas pelo instrutor Hudsson Coata Joviano Aquino, de Ponte Nova MG.<\/p>\n<div gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e fomento ao desenvolvimento local e regional.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conforme j\u00e1 prev\u00edamos, esse curso de defuma\u00e7\u00e3o de carne de frango foi um sucesso. Os alunos puderam aprender v\u00e1rias t\u00e9cnicas relacionadas ao aproveitamento dos produtos derivados dos frangos.
