Ap\u00f3s o preenchimento, ser\u00e1 emitido o novo certificado e gerado o boleto de Guia de Recolhimento da Uni\u00e3o (GRU) da taxa cadastral.<\/p>\n<p>O CCIR s\u00f3 \u00e9 validado ap\u00f3s o pagamento da taxa na rede de atendimento do Banco do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Caso haja pend\u00eancias de exerc\u00edcios anteriores, o sistema calcula automaticamente o valor a ser pago, acrescido de juros e multas. O CCIR 2017 substitui os certificados dos exerc\u00edcios anteriores. Quem n\u00e3o emitiu o documento antes, deve expedir o novo certificado para regularizar o cadastro do im\u00f3vel rural junto ao INCRA.<\/p>\n<p>Recomendamos que os propriet\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o recadastraram im\u00f3vel (eis) rural(is) at\u00e9 a presente data, que compare\u00e7am \u00e0 Unidade do INCRA na Prefeitura Municipal para atualizarem seus cadastros, evitando problemas com a Receita Federal, impossibilidade de benef\u00edcios federais e transmiss\u00e3o de bens.<\/p>\n<p>Para acessar o documento, os interessados podem acessar o endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sncr.serpro.gov.br\/ccir\/emissao\">https:\/\/sncr.serpro.gov.br\/ccir\/emissao<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Quem n\u00e3o tiver acesso \u00e0 internet, pode emitir o documento junto \u00e0 Unidade Municipal de Cadastramento do INCRA na Prefeitura Municipal de Caxambu, uma vez que, esta Prefeitura tem acordo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com o INCRA para atendimento ao p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis rurais j\u00e1 podem emitir o Certificado de Cadastro de Im\u00f3veis Rurais (CCIR) de 2017.
